How a project runs
Same five steps for every package. What changes is the number of concepts, and how long each step takes. Everything below is also in the terms of sale. If the two ever disagree, the terms win.
The five stages
Brief
You buy, answer a short form at checkout, and we send kickoff questions, usually within two working days. A Brand System starts with a workshop instead.

You get two or three directions, depending on the package. Web projects start from one direction, shown on two pages.

You choose a concept and send one consolidated list of changes. We apply them. Then again, as many times as the package has rounds.
Sign-off
You say it’s right. If the package has a balance, we send the payment link for it now.
Files
The balance is paid, final files go to you, and the rights in them go with them.

The clock stops while we wait for you. If we’ve waited 14 days for feedback, the project pauses. After 60 days without a reply, we close it and ask for payment for the work done. Details are in the terms.
What counts as a round
A round is one consolidated list of changes on the concept you chose. One list, sent once, covering everything you want changed. We apply it and send the result.
Five messages over three days is one list read in pieces. We’d rather get the list in one go, because changes interact.
What a round isn’t: a new direction. “Could we see it in a completely different style?” is a concept. A new concept costs €290. An extra round costs €150.

What if you hate it?
Say you open the concepts and none of them is right. This is what the price covers.
- Logo
- Two concepts. If neither works, you can buy an extra concept (€290), or stop.
- Brand Identity, Brand System, Brand + Website
- Three concepts. If none work, one fresh concept round is included: three new ones. After that, extra concepts cost €290.
- Web packages
- One direction. If it’s off, you can buy another direction (€290), or stop. Tell us early. We check after the first two pages, before the rest are drawn.
- Stopping
- You can stop after the first concepts. You pay half of the package price (your deposit, or half returned if you paid in full), and you don’t receive final files.

Timelines
These are estimates, in working days (Monday to Friday, Italian holidays aside). We say “usually” because a late answer from either side moves the date. The clock stops while we wait for you.

What speeds a project up is quick answers and the content ready at the start. What slows it down is waiting for words, images or a decision. Rush is +30%, and we agree dates before you pay.
Files, ownership and licences
- What you get
- Logos as SVG, EPS, PDF and PNG. Guidelines as PDF. Web designs as a Figma file; built sites as the files themselves.
- Who owns it
- When the package is paid in full, we assign you the rights in the final delivered files, in writing. The concepts you didn’t choose stay with us.
- Fonts and stock
- If a design uses a licensed font or stock image, it’s licensed separately. We list everything in the handover, and the licence is yours to buy. We prefer open-licence fonts where they work.
- Credit
- In Italy the author keeps a moral right to be named, and it can’t be assigned. We won’t insist on a credit on your logo or site. The only place we name ourselves is our own portfolio.
- Portfolio
- We may show the finished project, unless you tick the box at checkout. Opting out is free.
- Trademarks
- We check for obvious conflicts in a quick search but do not carry out a legal trademark clearance. To register a mark, talk to a trademark attorney or UIBM/EUIPO.
- AI tools
- We may use AI tools for research, ideation or production support. Final deliverables are reviewed and finished by a human designer. We do not upload your confidential materials to public AI tools without your permission. Elements generated with AI may have weaker copyright protection, so tell us if you need fully human-authored work. The AI clause in the terms
Payment
You pay on Stripe’s own page. Your card details never reach this site. The price on the page is the price you pay.
- Under €1,500: you pay in full at checkout.
- From €1,500: you pay 50% at checkout. When we deliver, we email a payment link for the balance. Final files and the transfer of rights follow once it’s paid.
- Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment, and we send our own receipt (ricevuta) for each one too.
Brand Identity is €1,890, so today’s payment is €945, and the same again on delivery.
Italian businesses: please write to us instead of paying online. We’ll send a receipt with the ritenuta d’acconto (20%) and bank details.
Handover
When the balance is paid, you get a download link and a short list: what’s in the folder, which fonts and licences it uses, where the Figma file is.
Figma files either move into your account or are shared with edit access. Built sites come with a note on uploading them to your hosting. We don’t host, so we won’t be the reason your site goes down.
If something doesn’t open or looks wrong, tell us. We fix it.
