Skip it if eight pages would cover it. Website costs less. If you’re thinking of fifty pages, a shop or an editing panel, tell us and we’ll quote.
Page-count rules
Up to 12 pages, counted by address: home, each service, about, contact, and so on. Legal text pages and the 404 don’t count.
Pages count even if they share a layout. Ten near-identical service pages are still ten pages. If you’re near the limit, a short page list sent early helps us confirm it fits.
Over 12? Each extra page is €190 designed, €120 built. Beyond a handful, it’s cheaper to talk.

Rounds on a bigger site
1 design direction, 3 rounds. Each round is one consolidated list of changes across the site. A different direction costs €290. An extra round is €150.
With a site this size, a list that mixes “change the home page” with “rethink everything” tends to produce a second concept. We’ll tell you plainly when a request is a round and when it’s a new direction. You can stop after the first concept, and pay half the package price.

Files and ownership
Design only: Figma file moved to your account or shared with edit rights, plus PNG exports. With the build: the site, ready to upload. Hosting and a domain are yours to buy.
Once the package is paid in full, the rights in the final files are assigned to you in writing. Fonts and unused concepts are explained on the process page. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you tick the box at checkout.

What if I need more pages than the package covers?
An extra page is €190 to design and €120 to build. Website covers 5 to 8 pages and Larger Website covers up to 12. If you’re near the edge, tell us the page list on the order page and we’ll say whether it fits.
Can I edit the website myself?
Not through an admin panel, no. The built sites are static, so there’s no CMS. To change something, your developer edits the code, or you ask us and we quote the change. If you want a CMS or a shop, that’s a custom quote rather than one of the fixed packages.

Do I pay everything up front?
Under €1,500 yes: you pay in full at checkout. From €1,500, you pay 50% at checkout and the balance when we deliver. The balance is due before we release the final files and transfer the rights. So Logo and Landing Page are paid in full. Brand Identity, Brand System, the Website packages and the bundle are 50% up front.
What if I go quiet, or I’m slow to reply?
The clock only runs while we’re working. If we’ve waited 14 days for your feedback, the project pauses. If we’ve heard nothing for 60 days, we close it and ask for payment for the work done. Reply any time before then and we pick up where we stopped.
Larger Website: design, or design and build
Design only: €3,900, €1,950 today. Design and build: €5,600, €2,800 today. The balance is due on delivery, before the final files and ownership move to you.
