Skip it if one page is enough: Landing Page. If you need over eight pages: Larger Website. If you need a shop, bookings with payment, logins or an editing panel, that’s a custom quote.
Which pages count
A page is a distinct address on your site: home, treatments, prices, about, contact. You get 5 to 8 of them.
Legal text pages (privacy, terms) don’t count against the limit. We set whatever text you give us in a plain template. A 404 page is included too.

How it runs
- Week 1Pay, kickoff questions within two working days. You send the words, images and a list of pages.

Rounds, and changing direction
1 design direction, 3 rounds. Each round is one consolidated list of changes across the site. A different direction is an extra concept at €290. An extra round is €150.
If the direction on the first two pages isn’t right, tell us then. It’s cheaper to change before the other pages exist. You can also stop after the first concept. You pay half the package price and don’t receive final files.
Can I edit it myself?
Not in this package. The built site is static: no CMS, no database, no logins. That’s why there’s no monthly fee and nothing to keep patched.
To change text, you or your developer edit the files, or you ask us and we quote the update. If you need an editing panel, it’s a custom quote.
Files and ownership
Design only: the Figma file moves to your account or is shared with edit rights, plus PNG exports. With the build: the finished site, ready to upload. Hosting and a domain are yours to buy.
Once the package is paid in full, the rights in the final files are assigned to you in writing. Fonts and unused concepts are explained on the process page. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you tick the box at checkout.

The sample
Lumen Fisio, an invented two-room physiotherapy practice in Modena. Six pages designed and built: home, treatments, booking request, prices, about, contact. The booking page is a request form, not a booking system.
Questions
Do you only design the website, or build it too?
Both options exist. The design-only price gives you the pages designed in Figma, ready for a developer or you to build. The higher price includes us building that design as a static site. You choose on the package page and on the order page.
What if I need more pages than the package covers?
An extra page is €190 to design and €120 to build. Website covers 5 to 8 pages and Larger Website covers up to 12. If you’re near the edge, tell us the page list on the order page and we’ll say whether it fits.
Can I edit the website myself?
Not through an admin panel, no. The built sites are static, so there’s no CMS. To change something, your developer edits the code, or you ask us and we quote the change. If you want a CMS or a shop, that’s a custom quote rather than one of the fixed packages.
Who writes the words for the pages?
You do. We design around your real copy and tidy headings and labels where they need it. Copywriting isn’t included in the web packages. If you don’t have copy yet, write a rough draft first; the design will be better for it.
Does the price include hosting?
No. Hosting and the domain name are separate and you pay them directly to the provider you choose. A static site is cheap to host and has no recurring fee from us. We can tell you what to ask for when you pick a host. Maintenance after delivery isn’t included.
Do I pay everything up front?
Under €1,500 yes: you pay in full at checkout. From €1,500, you pay 50% at checkout and the balance when we deliver. The balance is due before we release the final files and transfer the rights. So Logo and Landing Page are paid in full. Brand Identity, Brand System, the Website packages and the bundle are 50% up front.

Design only: €2,400, €1,200 today. Design and build: €3,600, €1,800 today. The balance is due on delivery, before the final files and ownership move to you.
